für den örtlichen Tanzschulverein "Dansifrøi" und deren Tangogruppen (geschlossene Gruppe).

 Argentine Tango Weekend Workshop

for the local dance school association “Dansifrøi” and its tango groups (closed group).

Faroese beginners are warmly welcome.

 
Tango Argentino thrives on improvisation. In order to let the dance arise anew in every moment, we

 need solid fundamentals, which we will develop in this workshop in a practical, step-by-step way.

 We practice leading and following with clear impulses, body organization, as well as walking and

 turning together.

 Using rhythm and timing, we explore how movement emerges from the music.

 We work on clean movements and reliable structures—much like in good craftsmanship.

 This allows a relaxed and joyful tango to develop, one that is both stable and flexible. Through

 presence and clarity in the body, an attentive and open connection between partners can emerge.

 The workshop is open to anyone who would like to discover tango for themselves, as well as to

 experienced dancers who wish to deepen their foundations.

Friday, May 8

6:00 PM–8:30 PM for everyone

Saturday, May 9

1:00 PM–3:30 PM for beginners

4:00 PM–6:30 PM for intermediate level

Sunday, May 10

1:00 PM–3:30 PM for beginners

4:00 PM–6:30 PM for intermediate level

Cost: 500 DKK per person.
